第一封郵件是感謝消費者購買自己的產品，并給他們有關購買產品的有用的想法和提示。一般時間在購買后或購買后1天內，千萬注意，第一個郵件別要求他們留評價。

這是一個長期且穩定的方法， 通常第一個產品做起來會比較困難，但是如果第一個產品積累了足夠的用戶郵箱，第二個，第三個產品就非常好做Review了。以上只是作為賣家參考，當然如果你有更好的適合自己產品的索評郵件方式，就還是保持不變就好了。
